Bio

I became interested in the many facets of holistic healing after receiving bodywork while recovering from a car accident. Having experienced the profound ability the body has to heal, I decided to pursue a career in massage therapy. My massage sessions can include intuitive energy work allowing a deeper level of relaxation and release in the body.  My desired intention is to provide a therapeutic space that allows your body to facilitate its own healing. 

I attended Shenandoah Valley School of Therapeutic Massage in Virginia, graduating in 2007. My passion and love for the subtle energies of healing have always guided me when choosing further educational pursuits.  I participated in an 18 month program with the White Winds Institute of Energetic Healing as well as Reconnective Therapy and Basic Cranial Sacral Therapy. 

I received the gift of the Master level Reiki attunement and am certified with the International Cupping Therapy Association. I have held my National Board Certification for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork for 20 years and am a member of the American Massage Therapeutic Association and Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
